How we handle inquiry information.

When you prepare an inquiry, VERDILORA processes the contact and business information you provide, such as your name, company, email or WhatsApp details, business type, product interests and project notes.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to your request, confirm applications and specifications, prepare quotations, coordinate samples and orders, and provide related customer service.

Analytics and cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, general traffic sources and interactions such as inquiry, catalogue, WhatsApp and email clicks. We do not send inquiry names, email addresses, WhatsApp details or message contents to Google Analytics. Analytics storage remains disabled when you choose necessary cookies only.

Storage and sharing

Inquiry information is retained for business communication and order follow-up. We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with relevant production or service partners only when necessary to respond to a product request or fulfil an order.

Your choices
